  • Is it possible to schedule a taxi in advance?

    Certainly! Our dispatch team is on call 24/7 and ready to set up your ride in advance. When your scheduled ride is on its way, our driver will give you a courtesy call to notify you.

  • What is the passenger capacity of your cabs?

    Our sedans can comfortably accommodate up to 4 passengers, our vans can fit 6, and our ADA-compliant vehicles have space for 3 passengers plus one wheelchair.

  • Can I get a taxi at the airport without prior booking?

    Yes, we provide 24/7 taxi access through the airport's ground transportation, so you can secure a ride without the need to call ahead.

  • Are there any limitations on when I can get picked up?

    Not at all. Our taxi service is at your disposal 24/7, ready to serve you, whether it's an early morning flight at 3 am or a late-night pickup at 11 pm.

  • Are your taxi rates determined by time or distance?

    Our rates start with a base fare of $5 plus $2.50 per mile. Additionally, there's a $4 surcharge for trips originating from the airport.

  • Is there a charge for additional passengers?

    The fare includes one passenger, with an additional fee of $2 for each extra person.

  • How far in advance do I need to book a wheelchair-accessible cab?

    To ensure availability, we ask that you book our ADA-compliant cabs at least 7 days in advance.

  • Am I allowed to bring my pet in the taxi?

    Service animals are always welcome in our cabs. If you have a non-service animal, please give us a call to discuss the arrangements.
